The Bolsas Crabtree Co. based in Guadalajara, Mexico since 1993 are announcing it's formal entering into the American handbag market online in Spring 2009.  Bolsas Crabtree has been one of the premiere handbag companies in the Latin country for almost 16 years, boasting a client list of almost 1,000 shops and specialty boutiques, and chains such as Sears. They also boast a client list of almost 100 home based sales associates.

Bolsas Crabtree is a family-owned and operated company that hopes to make a big impression with the American woman purse shopper.  Owner Patricia L. Crabtree says, "We are extremely excited with venturing into the huge American handbag market, and we know that once our quality and style is made available to the women in the United States, our company will enjoy success and millions of women will come to know the Crabtree name."

Bolsas Crabtree creates an extensive line of fine leather handbags in over 60 styles, as well as an additional 50 styles in non-leather models.  They also have a full catalog of women's casual and dress shoes, and feature many styles of both men's and women's wallets and coin purses.  Bolsas Crabtree also carries an assortment of backpacks and laptop cases, plus high quality business satchels.

During their American debut, Crabtree Handbags will offer approximately 55 styles in real leather handbags, and will follow up at a later date with the remaining items in their catalog. They hope to offer most of the catalog by 2009 year's end.  Bolsas Crabtree General President Gerard R. Velasco comments, "We know the American economy is not the strongest at this time, but we are confident that the quality in our leather and styles will help our company establish a firm place with the American handbag consumer."

Like their competitors Crabtree Handbags hopes to find a loyal client in the American woman and thinks that their quality and style at extremely competitive prices will help them accomplish that goal.  President of U.S. Sales  Roy Garcia says, "By hitting the ground running during these softer economic times with outstanding products at great prices, we'll be in an excellent position to truly prosper once the downturn is over and consumers begin shopping again."
