CrabtreeHandbags.com  wants our Customers to feel safe and secure about shopping online.  That's why we've taken the most Frequently Asked Questions and answered them here for you.

1.  Will my account information be sold to or used by others?      One word...NO!  we will NEVER divulge any of our Customer's information to ANY other parties for ANY other reason, period.  Our information gathered is used simply for the purchase of our products, and NO Credit Card information is stored in our database. In fact, any Credit Card information is highly encrypted with the latest encryption technology, so you may feel safe purchasing on our site.

2.  Will I need to pay for shipping if I live in the United States?      NO. All shipping is FREE for any Customer living in the continental United States.  Shipping charges are calculated for any purchase made  from outside the U.S., including Canada and Mexico, among others.

3.   Will I pay a sales tax on my purchase if I live in the United States?     NO. All purchases made in the continental United States will enjoy tax-free status.  Purchases made from ouside the United States will be charged applicable sales taxes.

4.   Can I return my purse if I simply don't like it?    YES.    If you are not 100% Satisfied with your CrabtreeHandbag, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date without reason.  We want you as a Customer because you enjoy our handbags, not because you are forced to keep an item you don't really care for. We feel this policy is the best way to help you feel secure that purchasing from us will be an enjoyable experience, and not a gamble.

5.   Are your leather handbags really leather?    Absolutely. We do carry some handbags that are not a full 100% leather, but those are few, and clearly labeled on the website's Product Info Page. In fact, over 97% of our catalog consists of 100% real leather handbags. We use the best leathers that we can find for our purses.

6.   How much time will it take for me to receive my purse?    We ship our bags the very same day we confirm the order with our Credit Card Processor.  So, our Customers can reasonably expect to have their purses shipped out by the next day after purchase.  This means that depending on UPS shipping times, our Customers should have their great handbag in less than 7 days.

7.   How will I know if my selection is available?   If a handbag is listed as available on our website, it is available.  The only exceptions will be purses marked as "SOLD OUT" on  the information listing.  These handbags cannot be added to your Shopping Cart if they are so marked.

8.   Where can I ask questions about my purchase?   Several ways.  One is by using our toll-free number, 877 41 PURSE (78773).  For a quicker response, our Customers can e-mail their inquiries to customerservice@crabtreehandbags.com.   Also, Customers can e-mail the President of U.S. Sales, Roy Garcia directly with any questions or concerns:  crabtreehandbags@verizon.net. A prompt reply will be issued, and any concerns will be addressed.
