Returns Information

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will receive a refund when the products are returned to us:

    Within 30 days of purchase date.

    In the original condition with no damage.

    Unused and including the Crabtree storage bag(s).

Directions for returns

Please notify CrabtreeHandbags.com by e-mail,  customerservice@crabtreehandbags.com.    Notify us within 30 days of purchase that you would like to return your purchase.   A UPS Return label will be mailed to you once request and confirmation is made.   Repack product in the same or similar (UPS approved) box and tape securely.  Make sure contents are packed so as not to shift during transport.  Please place handbag(s) inside Crabtree storage bag for shipping.

Peel off back of Return label envelope and securely affix to box. Ship package by dropping off at UPS drop off point or by UPS home/office Pick-up. 

Refunds/Credits

CrabtreeHandbags.com will FULLY credit/refund customer's credit card used for the transaction after items are received in original condition.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds/Credits will not be given to items intentionally used and/or damaged by customers while in their care. These types of damages include (but are not limited to):   staining, tears, rips, separated linings, or otherwise damaged products. 

CrabtreeHandbags.com carefully inspects all products shipped from our facility for our customer's satisfaction and protection.  We make sure we ship only the best possible handbag in the best possible condition to avoid any possible question as to quality and value.
