Enjoy FREE Shipping anywhere in the United States on all purchases.  United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Shipping is available to all CrabtreeHandbags.com customers.  Allow 4-10 business days for arrival  within the United States.  We also use UPS  Standard for purchases outside the United States, and shipping charges will be reflected at check-out.

No Sales Tax

You pay no sales tax on every purchase from CrabtreeHandbags.com.  We pay all applicable sales tax for orders shipped in the United States.  International orders are not charged sales tax at time of purchase, but may incur taxes, fees and duties in the Customs process of the destination country.  You (the customer) will be responsible for paying any taxes, fees and duties added to the order in the delivery of international purchases. Out of country customers will be notified by UPS to schedule paying of additional fees before package is released to them.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, and you reside in the continental United States, we are happy to return or exchange the item at no cost to you.*  International returns charges are the responsibilty of you, the Customer.  These include any shipping charges, as well as taxes, fees and duties charges.

Items that you return or exchange must be unused.  CrabtreeHandbags.com does not guarantee or warranty wear and tear or damage not related to the manufacturer, Bolsas Crabtree.

For either returns or exchanges, CrabtreeHandbags.com will:

Provide a pre-paid shipping label for your item to return the item back to CrabtreeHandbags.com.

Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment back to the credit card used to make the purchase.

For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item.

CrabtreeHandbags.com will honor all promotions (Gift Certificates, Coupons) used towards your original purchase and will ship the new item to you free of charge.
